Looking for a dynamic business-oriented Fractional CFO to help leader our financial coaching clients.

Context About The Position:

We run a Financial Coaching company where we train small business owners (typically doing between $500k - $20M/year in revenue) on how to understand their finances. Think of it as a precursor program to working with a Fractional CFO. We do this over a 12 week training Academy that prepares owners to understand the details of profit margins, cashflow management, and projections.

You will initially take our clients through our CEO Finance Academy 12 Week program before ascending them into Fractional CFO work.

We have worked with over 210 clients in the past 3 years and up to this point have referred out to Fractional CFOs rather than bring the role in house. Now we're taking it under our wing! We have already beta tested our Fractional CFO service and basic processes are already in place.

Who We're Looking For To Fill This Role

You are ideally a former business owner yourself (maybe ran or currently run your own firm) or have played the role of CFO at other companies and want to be a part of a growing team where you don't have to spend time doing business development tasks and worry about running the company.

You have experience working with more than 5 Fractional CFO clients in the past and have your own process for managing clients, but are open to collaborating with us to create our own unique spin on service delivery

You are eager to improve your income and are motivated to not only take care of clients at the highest level but you also want to reach your own best personal income. This involves being KPI'd on client retention and receiving bonuses commission on percentage of clients retained. You should not be afraid of selling.

You are an intrapreneur and do not need to be motivated to want to provide world class service for clients.

You're empathetic and care for others and have a high emotional intelligence that allows you to understand the needs of client's when on calls with them.

Other Details About The Position

The role is fully remote with likelihood of 1-2 in-person company meetings per year.

You do NOT have to do any prospecting, networking, or take sales calls.

Access to high speed internet and willingness to use Zoom is required.

Daily 30-60 minute meeting with team leadership to review current client needs.

Initial Work Load Expectations

This position would ramp up from part-time to full-time over a period of 3 months as we fill your client roster and you complete our internal training
