Natasja joined CEO Finance Academy in March 2022, working remotely from the Philippines. She started out supporting the company's core administrative work. Over more than three years she has grown into one of the team's most trusted operators, with a hand in clients, billing, systems, communication, and the day-to-day coordination that keeps everyone on the same page.
She has been part of the company through its biggest stretch of growth: more clients, a larger team, the launch of fractional CFO services, and more sophisticated systems for delivering all of it. Growth brings complexity, with more payments, more questions, and more handoffs where something could slip. Natasja is a big part of why it doesn't.
