The CEO Finance Academy Mission
We believe that entrepreneurs change the world and without them, innovation suffers. The problem is, the majority of entrepreneurs don't last more than a few years in the game.
The number one reason for business failure? Poor cashflow and money management.
And it's no surprise. Almost every business owner we work with has come to us already working with marketing, sales, or product development coaches and consultants. Few, if any, have ever hired a coach to help them understand, plan, and prioritize their business finances.
Our mission here at CEO Finance Academy is to provide the world's best financial coaching for business owners so that they can continue to change the world for the better with their innovative ideas.

Meet Our Team
Dr. Alex Engar, PT, DPT
Co-Founder and Lead Profit Coach
Alex grew up in the mountainous terrains of Utah where he developed a knack for entrepreneurship at an early age. After graduating from the University of Utah with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy, he quickly realized he wanted something beyond the 9-5 clinical life. This led to co-founding Healthy Funnel (with business partner Will Boyd), a marketing agency and consultancy. It was running an agency where he got to see inside of hundreds of small businesses and found a gap in most owners' understanding of their business finances. After consulting with a few dozen of these businesses and referrals coming in fast, Healthy Funnel gave way to CEO Finance Academy. Alex is a Dad to 3 beautiful girls and a husband to his wife, Sarah.
Dr. Will Boyd, PT, DPT
Co-Founder and Lead Growth Specialist
Will was raised in a military household where moving to a new part of the country was the norm. Never having an entrepreneurial bone in his body, it wasn't until graduating from Chatham University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in the winter of 2016 when the prospect of paying off $155,000 in student loan debt on a PT salary seemed daunting. In seek of new income opportunities, he started a podcast which grew to over 250,000 downloads in a few years and taught him the world of PR, social media, and advertising. Upon meeting his future business partner, Alex Engar, he knew they had the potential to create something special. They launched Healthy Funnel, a marketing agency and consultancy, which grew to 7 figures in just a few years time. Will nerds out on marketing and has a small mut named, Bella.
Sahira Lopez
Profit Coach
Sahira's life purpose is to light up others with a big smile and seek to add value. After being a successful Business Owner for 11 years (where she had the opportunity to wear all hats) and in Business Management Consulting for five years, she brings to CEO Finance Academy what she considers as second-nature skills: strategy, execution, negotiation, and an insatiable solution-seeker mindset. Sahira's core values are open communication, win-win relationships, obsession with client success, and passionate problem solver. She enjoys self-help books, live events, traveling with her daughter, coffee shops, and staying active through long-distance cycling/walks, horseback riding, and skiing.
Scott Taylor
Head of Sales
Scott is a sales expert with over 16 years of experience in in-person, door-to-door, and over-the-phone sales. He has a passion for entrepreneurship and has demonstrated this by starting and successfully running a pest control company, which he later sold in 2016. He is a family man, dedicated to his wife and children, and is also an avid lover of outdoor activities. Throughout his career, Scott has served as a mentor to many aspiring entrepreneurs, sharing his knowledge and experience on how to succeed in the business world.
