Vic is a business-first finance leader who turns chaos into clarity. Based about 35 minutes southeast of Cleveland, he brings calm, structure, and momentum to owners who want useful numbers—not just reports.

With a B.A. in Accounting from Baldwin Wallace (’92), Vic started in public accounting before moving in-house to lead finance and operations. Over a 33-year career (CFO since 2000), he’s also served as President, CEO, and CCO across private and public companies—from startups to multibillion-dollar enterprises. His industry range includes manufacturing, distribution, professional services, software, and consumer products/CPG (especially health & wellness). Since 2017, he’s provided professional CFO services, often staying on long-term as a trusted advisor.

Vic’s a lifelong family guy—married to his high-school sweetheart for 31 years with four adult kids (two former college athletes). A former football coach (16–17 years), he’s happiest at a movie night or in the gym with his kids.
